Welcome to the Oregon Statewide Payroll Services (OSPS) Online Resource Center
We are part of the State Controller's Division and we manage the state's payroll system. To fulfill the SCD mission, we make sure the payroll system has the proper functionality and controls. We provide system support to help agencies pay their employees.
State Employee W-2 Resources
When will I get my W-2?
Employers must mail IRS Forms W-2 by 1/31/2010. Each agency has their own practice with regard to delivering Forms W-2. Contact your agency payroll office for specifics on delivery.
Did you transfer agencies within 2009?
Wages for all agencies are reported on one W-2.

Employees of the State of Oregon who worked for more than one agency during 2009 have income from all agencies reported on one W-2 (provided all agencies use the Oregon Statewide Payroll Application).
Do you have questions about your W-2?
question mark
Please contact your agency (or former agency) payroll office.

If you need help identifying your agency (or former agency) payroll office contact information, please contact us. We will give you the phone number for your agency payroll contact.
Did You Know...
Forecasting Furlough and the Holiday Code
Question
Employees with a holiday code of A will not forecast the fixed furlough days.

You will find the 'HOLIDAY CODE' on the left side of the P030 screen just below the 'EQUIVALENT RATE' line. If the code reads O, your employee will forecast the standard holidays, including the scheduled furlough days. The code A will only forecast standard holidays.

Contact Agency Personnel if a change is needed.
