| System Hours of Operation The Oregon State Payroll Application (OSPA) is available on this schedule:
Exceptions OSPA will not be available for normal hours under these exceptions:
Special Request OSPA can be brought up for special needs by request. Please contact Sandy Ridderbusch to arrange for this service. Sandy coordinates through the mainframe administrators and arranges special access when possible. Please provide a minimum of two business days' notice so special access can be arranged.
